Daniel Freytag shoots some pretty stark landscapes. I love the distinct lack of human prescence.

Absolute shit loads of amazing inspiration in jpg a day. Get over there and be humbled.

Absolutely incredible wood carvings by Gehard Demetz.

One of my favourite flickr contacts - Genadii Berёzkin from Russia. Really amazing collage works.
Marek Haiduk is a graphic designer and illustrator from Germany, currently working, living, loving in Vienna. I just had to post something on him following on from my RVLVR post from a few days ago. The guy has mad skills!

Little Black Books is the illustration work of Colin Jenkinson. From his website:
“I’m an image maker working from my Brighton based studio in the UK. My space is littered with photos, drawings and books ranging from The Bauhaus to Edward Tufte’s beautiful data visualisations. I’ve been drawing obsessively since I was a kid, on the back of envelopes, scraps of paper, anything I could lay my hands on. This obsession has grown over the years into a mass of travelling books, the ‘pictures from my pocket’ that capture my ideas.”

This one always seems to put a little smile on my face. From my old Dangerous Diary

I love the varying styles of Australian photographer Troyt Coburn. Its a tidy little site too, with plenty of great content.
